Loosely Inspired by something Nico from the Velvet Underground once said to Leroi Z Coondawg.

Ok - not specifically to Leroi, but to the audience at a gig he was at (the Venue, Edinburgh 1986?). The audience were very enthusiastic, but like many peformers unused to a Scottish audience, Nico heard the sound of Central Belters being highly appreciative ("Yurrghhh!", "Waaargh!", "Oan yersel, Nico!!!!!") and misinterpreted it as heckling.

Proceeding to take the hump, she drew herself up imperiously and with a sweeping gesture announced

"Ziss place iss garbagecan. You - are all garbagecan".

That wis thaem telt, ken?

From Nico's initial seed - and a Kinks-y riff that was lying around with no lyrics, "Garbagebag Girl" emerged... an exaggerated take on the 60s Garage 'girl hate' subgenre (in which the singer invariably slags off some blone who dumped him and tries to convince everyone that the dumping was all his idea really).
